This carrd will be formatted in a q&a format, as I think its easier to read that way lol
Any images used here will be linked to the fandomstuck-archive blog, as many artists either deleted their fandomstuck posts, or deleted their blogs :(

Questions & Answers

What is Fandomstuck?
Fandomstuck is/was originally a Homestuck AU, and was originally about the hypothetical SBURB game between the personifications of the 5 most popular fandoms during 2013 - Homestuck, Hetalia, Supernatural, Sherlock, & Doctor who. However, over time, Fandomstuck grew into its own thing, and is now considered mostly independent of Homestuck.

Does Fandomstuck have a canon?
No! Fandomstuck is more of a general guideline for characters and worldbuilding, so there is no real canon! Go nuts with doing what you want with the concept of personified fandoms, and the world they live in.

Is there a Fandomstuck Comic/Game/etc.?
People have tried to make Comics before, but most of them were either cancelled or abandoned. There were also a couple of Fandomstuck RPG Maker games that people have attempted to make, but both of those were sadly abandoned and likely cancelled.
Though...perhaps you can make something based on fandomstuck too? Try it!

Can I use other people's designs for fandoms in my Fandomstuck stuff?
It depends on the designer. Some people don't mind their designs being used by other people, while others specifically request that their designs either not be used for a specific purpose, or even not used at all! Most people don't mind if you take inspiration from their designs, but if you don't know if the person's okay with the design being used, then don't use it! Some particularly iconic designs are seen as completely (or mostly) F2U. Feel free to make your own designs if you want to!

Do I need to read Homestuck to understand Fandomstuck?
No, though there are references to various Homestuck lore things (SBURB, God Tiers, etc.) You don't really need to read Homestuck.
By the way, here's a quick explanation of quadrants:
Moirail: Platonic Relationship (♦)
Matesprite: Romantic Relationship (♥)
Kismesis: Affectionate Hatred (♠)
Auspistise: Makes sure that the ppl in the Kismesis relationship don't kill each other (♣)
